Exchange Policy

 

Please send an email to info@contourgarments.com with a request for exchanging your garment. Please send the item/s back to us within 14 days from the day you have purchased the garment/s.

 

Merchandise must be returned in as new condition, packaging and tags in place. Failure to do so will void the exchange of the garment. Please send it in an Express Post, using a traceable posting system avalable on Australia Post. Please include a self-addressed pre-paid Express post bag/ envelop for your return item.

 

Please send inside your package, a copy of your payment receipt and a note stating why you wish the product to be exchanged. One of our customer service personnel will contact you via email to organise your exchange once the product has been received. Any posting cost you incur to return the product to us will unfortunately not be refunded. Postage costs are non-refundable.

 

We can dispatch exchange items as soon as we have received the original items back.

 

Please note garments that require exchange or refund must not have been worn for any length of time. Try the garment on and should you feel the fit is not what it should be, remove the garment and either return it for exchange or email us for assistance or advice regarding sizing.

Refund Policy

 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee or simply send the item/s back to us within 14 days from the day you have purchased the garment/s and we will issue a full refund for those items using the original payment method.

Cancel Your Order 

 

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact: info@contourgarment.com 

 

Claims  

 

You must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it. If your package is returned to Contour Garments postal address marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $12.00 re-shipping fee.
